Head to the My Bookings dashboard, find your trip under the Upcoming tab, and click the red Cancel button. A modal will display your original fare, cancellation deduction, and the net refund amount before you confirm.
Refunds are automatically calculated based on the cancellation time window: 100% refund for cancellations >24 hours prior to departure, 80% for 12-24 hours, and 50% under 12 hours. The simulated refund is immediately credited to your account record.
